Medical Information and forms
All staff across school have received paediatric first aid training and this is updated every 3 years,
If your child has any changes to their medical health, please contact the school office to discuss this further. Any medication is kept in a locked cupboard or fridge and is administered by Mrs Seers or a class teacher. Medical forms need to be completed for any medicine to be administered within school.
If your child has a long term health condition, they may need a care plan developed to support them in school. Please contact the school office or speak to your child's class teacher who can support you in this. Our SENCO, Mrs Howlett, will support staff in developing care plans and sharing them with parents.
Medicine dispense forms are available in school. Further information and forms are available from the school office.
